The goals are to enhance the personal and professional growth of researchers and to lay a solid foundation for future research. The following research and training grants are awarded annually:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two training stays for HSCSP-FGS physicians.<\/li>\n<li>Five basic research projects for HSCSP-IR researchers.<\/li>\n<li>One research intensification grant for principal investigators leading European projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The budget for the 2015 grants programme was \u20ac200,000.<\/p>\n<h5>2. <strong>Support for consolidated and emerging research groups<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">In 2015 the HSCSP-FGS approved the sum of \u20ac500,000 for investment in the scientific activities of consolidated and emerging research groups within the HSCSP-IR.<\/p>\n<h4>FINANCIAL CONTROL OF SUBSIDIES AND GRANTS<\/h4>\n<p>This section contains information on financial control of subsidies and grants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No control mechanisms are in place as no subsidies to third parties are currently on offer.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This section contains information on active research grants and subsidies awarded by the HSCSP-IR.
