The goal is to promote the development of professional and personal skills in employees in the interest of achieving organizational objectives. Training also enables people to adapt to particular jobs, thus facilitating change processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training implemented in the HSCSP-IR is based on a comprehensive model aimed at all groups.
