The mission of the Sant Pau Research Institute is to improve people\u2019s health and quality of life through excellent biomedical research and innovation.<\/p>\n

The vision of the Institute is to become an international benchmark in translational biomedical research.<\/p>\n

The new plan is built around five strategic pillars defined by a common purpose:<\/h3>\n

Excellence<\/h2>\n

Promote research excellence based on the principles of responsible research and innovation.<\/p>\n

Competitiveness<\/h2>\n

Grow in talent, spaces, infrastructure, and financial resources to increase the Institute\u2019s competitiveness.<\/p>\n

Impact<\/h2>\n

Generate health impacts that bring value to society by making them understandable and accessible to the public, and position the Institute as a key driver of innovation and knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n

Cultural transformation<\/h2>\n

Create an agile and flexible organizational culture that fosters innovation, excellence, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

Internationalization<\/h2>\n

Promote internationalization to position the Institute at a global level.<\/p>\n
