Communications regarding accessibility requirements (Article 10.2.a of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7) may be submitted through the corresponding contact mailbox.
For example, to:

- Notify other difficulties in accessing content.
- Submit any other query or suggestion for improving website accessibility.
Communications will be received and processed by the Directorate-General for Citizen Services of the Department of the Vice Presidency, Economy and Finance, acting as the Regional Web Accessibility Unit.
Requests for Accessible Information and Complaints
To submit requests for accessible information and complaints (Article 12 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7), users must access the procedure “Accessible Web Content” and select the option “Request Accessible Information or Submit a Complaint”.
Any natural or legal person may submit complaints regarding compliance with the requirements of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7 and request information relating to content excluded from the scope of this regulation.
Requests and complaints are registered in accordance with the requirements established by Law 39/2015 of October 1 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Enforcement Procedure
The enforcement procedure established in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7 may be initiated through the procedure “Accessible Web Content” by selecting the option “Submit a Claim”.
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7, you may submit a claim in order to:
- Understand and challenge the reasons for the rejection.
- Request the adoption of appropriate measures if you disagree with the decision taken.
- Explain why you believe the response does not meet the required standards.
A claim may also be submitted if 20 working days have passed without receiving any response.
