Institut de Recerca Sant Pau provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting possible irregularities, breaches or conduct contrary to the institution's values and standards, within the framework of its commitment to transparency and integrity.

What is the whistleblowing channel?

It is a tool designed for reporting complaints, understood as possible irregularities or breaches that may constitute a violation of regulations, both external, especially of a criminal nature, and internal, specific to FIRHSCSP.

Who can use it?

FIRHSCSP staff and/or third parties (personnel linked through an agreement, suppliers, contract staff, research study participants and/or participants' family members).

Who can be reported?

Any FIRHSCSP professional, as well as third parties.

Ombudsperson

The Sant Pau Research Institute has a Research Ombudsperson, an independent figure who ensures scientific integrity and compliance with the Code of Good Research Practices. Their main role is to act as a mediator in situations of possible scientific misconduct or professional conflicts, ensuring that all actions are carried out with independence, confidentiality and rigor.
