Union representation:

Continuing education at the Sant Pau Hospital Research Institute plays an important role. It fosters the development of employees' professional and personal competencies, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. It enables people to adapt to their workplaces, thus facilitating change processes.
The training committee, through the Sant Pau training unit, is responsible for ensuring the training model we develop at the Research Institute, which is a comprehensive model aimed at all groups. The members of the committee are: Silvia Molina, Mónica Pescador, Silvia Ribas, Mónica Velasco.
