Call for Applications for a T1A Junior Laboratory Technician in the Pharmacy Unit. Application deadline: 14 September 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

About the Unit / Group

The objective of the Pharmacy research group is to investigate and improve the use of medicines and optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based research and practice.

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required Higher Level Professional Studies (Higher Level Training Cycle / FPII) or equivalent related to pharmaceutical products.
Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing this, the selected candidate must demonstrate, or undertake to acquire, within a period not exceeding one year, an adequate knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
Intermediate level of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

The following will be valued

At least 2 months of experience in the preparation, logistical management and dispensing of medicines and investigational medicinal products (IMPs) used in clinical research.
Higher qualification in pharmaceutical products or a related field.
Experience in warehouse management and use of mySirius, Fundanet and Oncofarm software.
Experience supporting the preparation of sterile medicines.
Knowledge of Closed System Transfer Devices (CSTDs).
Competencies: teamwork, professional and institutional commitment, results orientation, flexibility and continuous learning.

Duties

Reviewing stock levels and expiry dates.
Recording medication movements in the clinical trial management software.
Providing support and assistance to clinical trial monitors.

We offer

Temporary contract.
Annual working time of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
Position within the Pharmacy Unit.
