Essential requirements
- Minimum required qualification: Degree in Law or equivalent relevant to the position.
- Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia. Catalan level C or, failing that, the selected candidate must demonstrate or commit to acquiring, within a period not exceeding one year, an adequate command of both official languages in Catalonia.
- Knowledge of English (intermediate level) and IT skills.
- Advanced knowledge of office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
- Accredited knowledge and experience in public procurement within public sector entities.
- Accredited knowledge and experience in the management of agreements derived from the Sponsorship Law and the Advertising Law.
- Master’s Degree qualifying for legal practice (ICAB or similar).
- Intermediate knowledge of English and office software tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Functions
In the field of public procurement:
- Management of public procurement (drafting all documentation related to the procurement of works, services and supplies required by the Foundation, review of technical specifications, management of the public procurement platform, advice to technical staff, Contracts Register, management of appeals lodged by bidders, drafting of resolutions, and performing the duties of Member and/or Secretary of the Procurement Board, etc.).
- Management of minor purchase contracts.
- Management of funding agreements and contracts. In the field of public and private law:
- Review of sponsorship agreements, service provision contracts and clinical trials.
- New technologies law: advice on patents, inventions, databases, sponsorship agreements with pharmaceutical companies, among others.
- Submission of allegations against decisions on non-eligible expenses in research projects funded by public bodies.
- Legal advice in the signing of student agreements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of the Unit in any branch of law. Offered
- Permanent contract.
- Annual working time of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
- Salary according to collective agreement.
