About the Unit / Group
The People and Culture Area at IR Sant Pau works transversally with leaders, teams, and researchers to create a work environment that enables people to develop their full potential and allows ideas to thrive in an international research context. Reporting to the People and Culture Directorate, its mission is to attract, develop, and retain highly specialized professionals.
Essential requirements
- Minimum required qualification: Higher Education Degree (Bachelor’s / University Degree) related to the position.
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar role.
- Experience in public, research, healthcare, academic, or related environments.
- Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia. Catalan level C or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate, or commit to acquiring, within no more than one year, an adequate knowledge of both official languages in Catalonia.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced knowledge of office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
- Specialized postgraduate studies.
- Experience in cultural transformation processes and organizational development.
- Experience leading strategic HR projects.
Functions
- Design and fully develop the institutional talent selection strategy.
- Define and implement the institute’s professional career model.
- Design, coordinate, and monitor professional development programs.
- Define, promote, and ensure the management of the institute’s values and organizational culture.
- Strategically identify internal and external talent to meet institutional needs (succession plans, new needs, growth, etc.).
- Establish, analyze, and monitor HR management indicators applied to talent management.
- Promote, coordinate, and evaluate actions within the HRS4R Action Plan.
- Participate in the negotiation, drafting, and monitoring of the Equality Plan.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in people management processes.
- Any other tasks assigned by the People and Culture Directorate. Offered
- Permanent contract.
- Annual working time of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
- Salary according to the collective agreement.
