About the Unit / Group
The Inflammatory Diseases Group is a multidisciplinary team. Our research objectives are:
a) to study the etiopathogenic mechanisms of immune-mediated diseases in order to
develop tools that enable progress toward more personalized medicine;
b) to identify biomarkers of response to immunotherapy treatments in cancer and chronic
inflammatory diseases to select the most appropriate drugs and identify the patient
populations that may benefit;
c) to analyze the role of the immune system in the pathogenesis of autoimmune processes,
immunodeficiencies, and immunosenescence
Essential requirements
- Minimum qualification required Intermediate Professional Studies Training (Intermediate Training Cycle / FPI) or equivalent
- Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
- Intermediate knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
- Internships in groups working in Immunology
- Experience with procedures involving human samp
Functions
- Processing and storage of biological samples.
- Application of laboratory techniques and quality control.
- Support in technical tasks and laboratory material management. Offered
- Temporary contract due to production circumstances.
- Annual working hours: 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
- Salary according to agreement.
