Emerging Processes in Prevalent Diseases

Associated Groups
PROCESSOS EMERGENTS DE MALALTIES PREVALENTS_8845 (1).jpg

Our group mainly studies urgent and emerging processes in prevalent diseases, with special interest in demographic aspects (gender perspective, older adults). It is eminently clinical research, based on our own and multicenter projects. The interest is the knowledge of the diseases, their diagnosis, and treatment considering the particularities and the organizational aspects of the emergency departments. In short, to promote quality, safe, and efficient care in the emergency department.
