About the Unit / Research Group

The Pharmacy Research Group aims to investigate and improve the use of medicines while optimising patient outcomes through research and evidence-based practice.

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required: Higher Vocational Education and Training (Advanced Vocational Training Cycle/FPII) or equivalent.
Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate, or undertake to acquire within a maximum period of one year, an adequate command of both official languages of Catalonia.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Desirable qualifications

Experience in the preparation, logistics management and dispensing of investigational medicinal products for clinical trials.
Experience supporting the preparation of sterile medicinal products.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays, when required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Personal competencies including teamwork, professional and institutional commitment, results orientation, flexibility and continuous learning.

Main responsibilities

Manage clinical trial medication, including receipt, storage, support in the preparation of intravenous medication and control of returned investigational products.
Review medication stock levels and expiry dates.
Provide support to the Quality area.

We offer

Permanent contract linked to the Pharmacy project.
Annual working schedule of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
Research Group: Pharmacy.
