Movement Disorders Unit. Neurology Department.
Essential requirements
- Minimum qualification required: PhD degree or medical/scientific specialty training (MIR, QUIR, FIR, BIR).
- More than 4 years of proven experience in the specific field of work.
- Oral and written proficiency in the two official languages of Catalonia or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate, or commit to acquiring within a maximum period of one year, adequate proficiency in both languages.
- Advanced level of English.
- Advanced proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Skills will be valued
- Demonstrated prior interest (conference presentations, publications) in Movement Disorders.
Functions
- Neurologist Coordinator of the clinical trials conducted by the Movement Disorders Unit.
- Attending Neurologist at the Botulinum Toxin Clinic of the Movement Disorders Unit.
Offered
- Permanent contract linked to the project “Clinical Trials for Disease-Modifying Treatments in Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonisms”.
- Annual working schedule of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours per week).
- Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
- Training and professional development in the administration of Botulinum Toxin for Movement Disorders.
- Research Group: Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders.
