About the Unit / Group

Our group develops an intense research activity, participating in national and international projects, mainly applied clinical research, evaluation studies of health services and non- commercial clinical trials. In addition, we carry out an intense training activity, mainly in evidence-based medicine, as well as other health sciences. The group also includes researchers responsible for the Cochrane Ibero-American Center, encouraging the production of systematic reviews on the effects of health interventions and providing methodological and technical support to researchers. This project is part of the primary research-surgical patient safety group.

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required: Bachelor's degree; engineer; Architects; Graduates with Grade ≥ 300 ECTS assigned to Level 3 (Master); Graduates with a Master's degree (≥ 300 ECTS); Diploma holders, technical engineers and architects with a Master's degree level 3.
Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
Advanced level of English
Advanced knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level).
Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Research or Research Methodology

Functions

Recruitment of participants and information to candidates to be included in clinical trials.
Collection and registration of data in the CRDs of the studies.
Follow-ups of patients included in studies.
