Promover el desarrollo y uso de Biomarcadores avanzados de imagen médica, incluyendo nuevos métodos de obtención, técnicas o procedimientos, especialmente Biomarcadors cuantitativos y ómicos.
Promover el uso de tecnologías avanzadas de imagen e impresión 3D para la mejora de los medios docentes y la planificación clínico-quirúrgica.
Potenciar la participación en redes nacionales e internacionales de investigación basadas en el diagnóstico por la imagen, así como, potenciar la colaboración en equipos multidisciplinares de investigación.
