Whistleblower channel

What is the Whistleblower Channel? It is the tool that aims to communicate complaints, understood as possible irregularities or breaches that may constitute a violation of both external, especially criminal, and internal, of the FIRHSCSP, regulations.

Who can use it? FIRHSCSP staff and third parties (agreement-bound staff, suppliers, successful bidders’ staff, research study participants and/ or relatives of these participants).

Who can be the subject of a complaint? Any FIRHSCSP professional, as well as third parties.

If you wish your report to be anonymous, just fill in the fields regarding to the Basis of the reporting and the Description of the events.

Please, send the email to IR_canaldedenuncies@santpau.cat .  In addition:

  • Name and surname
    National Identity Number
    Basis of the reporting 

(It is recommended to include the place and date on which the events took place, the people involved, evidence that can be provided, add documents (only PDF) etc.)
